Tuk Meric is the ubiquitous Cambodian dipping sauce served with almost every meal. It’s a unique Cambodian flavor!
This dry spices’s blend combines crushed pepper, sea salt and palm sugar flower. Add the juice of a fresh lime and this spice blend is perfect for making the traditional Cambodian sauce to serve with grilled chicken, fish or seafood!
You can also add it to your stir-fries or salad for an exotic touch or as an ideal barbecue condiment by using it as a dry marinade to rub your meats or use it as a liquid marinade by adding oil and lemon juice.
You can also add a chopped garlic clove or chili pepper in small pieces to the mixture to add flavor.
An all-natural product made from Cambodia’s two Protected Geographical Indication (PGI) certified organic products: Kampot Pepper and Kampong Speu Palm Flower Sugar.
