Order processing time:
Your order will be processed within a maximum of 2 business days of receiving it.
We are pleased to offer you a free shipping cost when your order reaches $ 49.00 CAD ($ 49.00 USD) for addresses in Canada and the United States. Deliveries are send by Canada Post (regular mail) and by DHL Express in United States. For information only, delivery time is approximately 2 to 3 business days, depending on where you live. Since we do business with a third party for delivery, we cannot guarantee delivery times. You will be provided with a parcel tracking number when we send your purchase. When your purchase is sent by envelope, a parcel tracking number is not available.
For addresses in France, a minimum shipping fee will be charged for all orders.
Please take note for addresses in France and United States, customs charges may be charged upon delivery of your package.

In the interest of preserving the environment, without compromising on the protection of your purchase and wherever possible, we use recycled cardboard boxes, recycled plastic bags and recycled filling material.
Worry-free Return or exchange:
We exchange or refund your purchase within a maximum of 15 days of receiving your order.
Exchange: Please provide us with the order number, product name, size and color (all this information can be found on the invoice included in your box or the confirmation email of your order) and indicate the product you want in exchange. You can contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org at all times or by phone at 1-438-393-4074 from Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. After receiving your request, we will inform you of the instructions for returning the product. Return charges will be at your expense. Please return the product in its original packaging and with all labels. We will gladly return you the desired product in exchange after you have paid the return shipping costs and, if applicable, the difference in value between the products exchanged.

Refunds are made by the secure PayPal service (on your PayPal account or the credit card used during your purchase) upon receipt and inspection of the goods returned at your expense and in good condition. The fees incurred by us during your purchase, such as the initial shipping costs and the PayPal transaction fee related to this payment, will not be refunded to you, as these fees have already been paid for the services obtained, namely the delivery of the product to your door.
We cannot refund or exchange goods worn or washed. All clothing/cushions must be with the original label, not have been worn/used and in resalable condition.
