Order processing time:

Your order will be processed within a maximum of 2 business days of receiving it.

Shipping Terms:

We are pleased to offer you a free shipping cost when your order reaches $ 75.00 CAD for addresses in Canada. Deliveries are send by Canada Post (regular mail). For information only, delivery time is approximately 2 to 3 business days, depending on where you live. When available, we use carbon-neutral shipping ground parcel services from Canada Post.

Since we do business with a third party for delivery, we cannot guarantee delivery times. You will be provided with a parcel tracking number when we send your purchase.

All purchases, under $ 75 CAD that can be delivered in an envelope in Canada, now have a reduced delivery charge. However, when your purchase is sent by envelope, no parcel tracking number is available.

In the interest of preserving the environment, without compromising on the protection of your purchase and wherever possible, we reuse cardboard boxes, plastic bags and plastic or paper filling material.

Worry-free Return or exchange: 

We exchange or refund your purchase within a maximum of 15 days of receiving your order.

Holiday Season: You have until January 15 to return or exchange a purchase made between November 15 and December 24.

Clearance products: Products identified as clearance are final sale. There are no exchanges or refunds on these products.

Exchange: Please provide us with the order number, product name, size and color (all this information can be found on the invoice included in your box or the confirmation email of your order) and indicate the product you want in exchange. You can contact us by email at boutique@ethicandchic.ca at all times or by phone at 1-438-393-4074 from Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. After receiving your request, we will inform you of the instructions for returning the product. Return charges will be at your expense. Please return the product in its original packaging and with all labels. We will gladly return you the desired product in exchange after you have paid the return shipping costs and, if applicable, the difference in value between the products exchanged.

Refund: Please provide us with the order number, product name, size and color (all this information can be found on the invoice included in your box or the confirmation email of your order). Refunds are made by the secure PayPal / Stripe service (on your PayPal account or the credit card used during your purchase) upon receipt and inspection of the goods returned at your expense and in good condition. The fees incurred by us during your purchase, such as the initial shipping costs and the PayPal / Stripe transaction fee related to this payment, will not be refunded to you, as these fees have already been paid for the services obtained, namely the delivery of the product to your door.

We cannot refund or exchange goods worn or washed. All clothing/cushions must be with the original label, not have been worn/used and in resalable condition.

Customer Reviews:

When you buy from our online store, you consent to receive an email from the external service CUSREV to obtain your review on your purchase. In addition, you consent to receive a reminder email if you have not responded to the first email.

For any content you submit, you grant Ethic & chic a perpetual, irrevocable, free and transferable right and license to use, copy, modify, delete in its entirety, adapt, publish, translate such content, to create derivative works from such content, or to sell, distribute or incorporate said content in any format, medium, product or technology anywhere in the world, without payment to you.
