Eco-friendly leather bag
Eco-friendly leather bag handmade from offcuts of leather from a furniture factory (on both sides of the bag) mixed with new repurposed nylon net (for the rest of the bag) diverted from its original function in the fishing and construction industries.
- The Tile is a versatile 3-in-1 bag that is up to date with maximum use for minimum impact on the environment
- This bag can be carried over the shoulder with its detachable and adjustable strap to get to work
- Detachable wrist strap allowing this bag to be worn on the wrist for a happy hour with colleagues or friends
- You take the wrist strap or shoulder strap off and you get a more polished look for a night out
- The nylon net makes it possible to obtain a light and resistant bag with a slightly shiny finish
- A zippered pocket and one open pocket on the inside
- Zipper to close the bag
- The lining of the DIVA collection are offcuts coming from local garment factories. So, every bag is unique!
- Currently, you have the choice of:
- black (black leather/black nylon net) and charcoal (black leather/charcoal nylon net) bags have 2 choices of lining: a Leopard OR Paisley navy blue and white patterns
- white (white leather/black nylon net) bag has 3 choices of lining: Black and white arrow, Leopard OR Paisley navy blue and white patterns
- ** white leather may have a more off-white tint depending on the offcuts available. The same shade of leather is used for the whole bag **
- Currently one of the white bag we have in stock definitely has a off white / very pale beige color and a Black and white arrow lining.

Besides working with the nylon net, Smateria works with upcycled leather, PU leather and recycled plastic bags. In most of the cases, Smateria lines its bag with upcycled fabrics from factories.
