IKAT<\/span> cushion cover<\/span>, 100% fair trade\u00a0fine silk<\/span> spun and woven<\/span> by hand<\/span>\u00a0and eco-friendly<\/span>, using the\u00a0<\/span>Ikat weaving technique:<\/span><\/strong>\u00a0dyeing and weaving process by which the drawing is created by dyeing first the weft with all colors that will be included in the pattern at very precise intervals and subsequently woven.<\/p>\n

Artisans Angkor has pioneered a new social policy in Cambodia, guaranteeing a fair income as well as social and medical welfare to all its employees. The artisans themselves formed an association that holds a 20-percent share in the company.<\/p>\n
